Architect Tiberiu Ricci was born in 1920, as the son of architect Mihail Ricci. He studied at ’’Ion Mincu” Architecture Institute in Bucharest, subsequently becoming a professor there. During his design career, he was fortunate to work with important architects, such as Horia Maicu, Ignace Șerban and Leon Garcia. Tiberiu Ricci assisted his father in the projects for the Palace Hall and the Television Palace. After 1977, he settled in Germany, together with his wife Yvonne. Tiberiu Ricci died on 12 April 2000.
